- CAR PARKING
The hotel has a parkng on request when available.  The daily charge is  euro 5 from the first to the seventh day euro 3 from the eight day. Free parking possibilities outside the hotel. In case our parking is full and you do not feel like leaving the car outside, we suggest the multi parking garage at a 1200 m distance, convenient prices for the guests.

- ARRIVING BY TRAIN
The Pesaro train station is at a 2 km distance from the hotel, the cost for a taxi transfer is about euro 8,00. In case you prefer to use public transport, bus number 61 takes you to Viale Trieste, the bus stop “Embassy” is only 30 meters from the hotel

- CHECK IN. AT WHAT TIME MY ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE?
We try to reduce the waiting time to a minimum. In case your room was vacant the night before arrival date, it will be assigned to you upon arrival. Otherwise we make sure that it is prepared as soon as the former guests leave the room. Check out time on departure day is 10.00, so all rooms are available by 12.30 at the latest.

- CHECK OUT.  AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
At departure day you should leave the room at 10 am.

- PESARO ’S BEACH?
The wide sandy beach is very child-friendly as the water level is slow degrading.The children’s play area, a bar and a beach volley field are just a few of the beach facilities available. Moreover, Pesaro has been assigned the "blue flag" award by the Environmental Agency for the 5th year in a row

- BEACH SERVICE
The cost of the beach service is not included in the price, we have price arrangements with the beach “BAGNI GINO” wirh directly access just in front of us. Reservation is not necessary, you can choose the umbrella position on the spot. For those who booked the All Inclusive, the ( 1 ) umbrella and ( 2 ) sunbeds will be assigned by the beach attendant, except  1st, 2nd, 3rd lines. In the periods of blue week in double room, (arrive from 22.5 until 18.6 and from 27.8 until 5.9) price included 1 umbrella and 2 chairs on  the beach, except 1st, 2nd, 3rd lines.

- ALL INCLUSIVE  FORMULA
Includes for day for room, for minimum 7 days it includes: 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds except 1st, 2nd, 3rd lines; 2 bottles of water and 1 of D.O.C. local wine; Bar ticket of Euro 8, Beach bag.

- OPENING RESTAURANT
The breakfast buffet is served from 08.00 until 10.00  in our breakfast room or  poolside. Main meals are served in the panoramic heated restaurant. Lunch is served at 1.00 to 2.00 pm. and dinner is served at 7.30 to 8.0 pm.

- ARE  DRINKS AT THE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The prices do not include drinks at the meals. Our wine cellar offers a various assortment of of the Marche region wines, at convenient prices.

- ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Small sized pets are welcome with extra charge of 3 euro per day, of course they are not allowed in common spaces nor at the beach.

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
In case you need to cancel the reservation, if you cancel 45 days before your arrival we will give back your deposit, if you cancel 45 21 days before your arrival we will give back 50% of your deposit if you cancel 0-21 days before your arrival we will keep your deposit. The came back cost is euro 10.

- IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLIER THAN PLANNED FOR?
In the case of early departure or lateral arrival the guests will be to pay the room price for the days of confirmed booking.
